Cold stone floor in the shower, hard synthetic pillows, noise from ventilation shaft, confusing light switches, thin towels in the bathroom, no cooked food at breakfast.

Had extra special stay in old town of Bergamo, the staff were very friendly, location was beautiful in a beautiful square. Location: the hotel was so close to the main pedestrian street around the corner, Lake Como and restaurants.

Everything! The service was impecable. The manager even walked us to the town square to show us the restaurant options. The room was large and roomy, with funky taps, fittings etc. Knowing we were staying in an old castle just added to the romance of the place. Service and friendliness that we never found in the larger cities.

I appreciated that it was clean and special. the staff were affable. - Rooms were new-fashioned. - the breakfast was very good, with lots of food. - the location was great and incredible for walking around a romanesque church. - the hotel was in a historic area, perfectly located in the centre of the upper part of Bergamo.

Excellent location in the citta alta near all the sites and restaurants. Helpful staff and good continental breakfast.

The staff here were super helpful, and the room had a nice décor with windows overlooking the charming old town. 🌆 It was great to have an electric kettle and glassware for convenience.

The hotel was lovely, it's location within Bergamo was ideal and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The reception area could benefit from music being played to give it a little atmosphere. Would have liked a restaurant in it, but there are so many in the area it's not a major problem.
